WHAT WE DO

One team, from the first sketch to the first swim.

START WHERE YOU ARE

Turnkey, mid-project or maintenance — we pick up at any stage.

Some clients hand us a bare plot, some an excavated pit, some just the plumbing — and some a finished pool that needs monthly care. Every scope gets the same crew and the same standard.

Full turnkey build

Excavation, steelwork, RCC concreting, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing and commissioning — start to first swim.

Already excavated?

We take over from your pit: concreting, waterproofing, tiling and plumbing to a finished pool.

Plumbing only

Suction, return, balancing and filtration lines for a shell built by others — done right the first time.

Monthly maintenance

Monthly AMC visits: cleaning, water balancing and equipment care for pools we built — and pools we didn’t.

RENOVATION

Old pool, new life.

Cracked plaster, leaking shells, tired tiles — we strip a pool back to its structure, waterproof it properly and refinish it so it looks and runs like new. Drag the slider to see a typical remodel.

A typical renovation, after: new tiling, clear balanced water and upgraded coping.
A typical renovation, before: stained plaster, cracked tiling and cloudy water.

HOW WE WORK

Five stages, and you always know which one you’re in.

  1. 1

    Survey, design & quote

We measure the plot, check soil, drainage and machine access, then return a drawing and a line-by-line fixed price — nothing to renegotiate later.

  2. 2

    Excavation

Earthwork cut to the depth profile, with the pit benched and de-watered as the soil demands. Already dug? We pick the project up from here.

  3. 3

    Steelwork & RCC concreting

Steel reinforcement tied to structural drawings, then an RCC shell poured and cured — engineered for your soil, not a standard template.

  4. 4

    Waterproofing & tiling

Membrane waterproofing over the shell, pond-tested before tile, mosaic or plaster goes on to the finish level you picked.

  5. 5

    Plumbing, plant & handover

Suction, return and balancing lines, the filtration and dosing plant, underwater lighting — then we fill, balance and hand over, with an optional monthly maintenance plan.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask before they commit.

Which cities do you build pools in?

We are based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) and build across South India — Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, including Mysuru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. Over 130 projects delivered so far, from backyard plunge pools to Olympic-size builds. Monthly maintenance plans run wherever we have crews operating.

My site is already excavated — can you take over from there?

Yes, and it is a common way clients come to us. We start with a structural check of the pit, then take the project through concreting, waterproofing, tiling and plumbing to a finished, commissioned pool. We also take on plumbing-only scopes for shells built by others.

Do you build Olympic-size pools?

Yes — Olympic and semi-Olympic competition pools are a core part of our portfolio, complete with lane tiling, T-marks and high-turnover filtration sized for training loads. They are a different engineering problem from a villa pool, which is exactly why schools and academies bring them to us.

What does a swimming pool cost in South India?

As a rough guide, a new pool works out to roughly ₹2,000–₹4,000 per sq ft of water area depending on depth, finish and filtration — rooftop pools and premium finishes run higher, renovations considerably lower. The quote calculator on our contact page turns that into a range for your size. Treat it as a starting point — the real number comes after a site visit.

How long does construction take?

A straightforward residential pool typically runs 8–12 weeks from excavation to handover. Rooftop pools, structural repairs and anything needing extra waterproofing take longer. Monsoon weeks can stretch the earthwork stage, so we build that into the schedule up front.

Do I need approvals to build a pool?

For a private pool inside your own plot you usually do not need separate permission, but the pool has to sit within your sanctioned setbacks and built-up area. Apartments, clubs and commercial projects generally do need the pool reflected in the sanctioned plan. We flag anything that looks like an approval risk at the survey stage rather than mid-build.

Can you build a pool on a rooftop or terrace?

Often, yes — but it is a structural question before it is a pool question. Water weighs about a tonne per cubic metre, so the slab and columns need to be assessed by a structural engineer first. If the existing structure cannot take it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a pool.

How much water does a pool actually use?

The big number is the one-time fill. After that you are topping up evaporation and backwash losses — in most South Indian climates, that is a modest weekly top-up rather than a refill. A cover cuts evaporation significantly, and the filtration plant recirculates the same water continuously rather than draining it.

Saltwater or chlorine — which should I choose?

Saltwater pools still sanitise with chlorine; they just generate it on site from salt, which means gentler water and less handling of chemicals, at a higher equipment cost. Conventional dosing is cheaper to install and simpler to service. For a family pool we usually walk through both and let the running cost decide it.

What does maintenance cost to run?

Two things drive it: electricity for the pump and the cost of chemicals, plus a service visit if you do not want to do it yourself. Our AMC plans are priced per visit frequency and pool size. Pools that were waterproofed and plumbed properly cost noticeably less to run than ones that were not.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Structural and waterproofing warranties are set out in your contract and vary with the scope of work; installed equipment such as pumps, filters and heaters carries the manufacturer warranty, which we register on your behalf. We will put the exact terms in writing with the quote — please ask us to confirm them before you sign.
